Since 2013 on Baker Street
Fisher Peak Brewing was born from a desire to craft local beers worth shouting about from the mountaintops. Heidi teamed with Chef Rustin Cox to build a kitchen of five Red Seal chefs. They source from neighbours like 3 Crows Farm, an urban farm 3km down the road, and Gwinners Butchers, who make Soggy Otter salami with their Brown Ale.
