Fisher Peak Brewing Company was born in 2013 out of a desire to take a love of flavour further — crafting local beers worth shouting about from the mountain tops.
Heidi teamed with Chef Rustin Cox, who now guides a culinary team of five Red Seal chefs. They partner with neighbours like 3 Crows Farm, an urban farm 3 km down the road, and Gwinners Butchers, who craft the Soggy Otter salami using the Heid Out's own Brown Ale.
